Man Killed After Pointing Gun at Cars, Shooting at Orange Co. Sheriff’s Deputies

Below is an official statement from Orange County Sheriff’s Office regarding the death of a man who was shot by deputies early Sunday morning.
“On 9/23 at 9 pm, deputies responded to the 5500 block of Suncreek Court for reports of a man shooting a gun in the backyard of a residence. At 1 am, OCSO was called again because the man was pointing a gun at passing motorists & his roommate, which ultimately led to a deputy-involved shooting. No deputies were injured.”
OCSO also posted a picture of the gun the man was pointing at passing drivers.
